This package is the next level of information on gender diversity for all the employees of your organization. Key content includes information about microaggressions and common harmful assumptions and expectations of transgender people and how to avoid them. Your employees will get access to our Intermediate Gender Diversity course, including a powerful takeaway to deepen and extend the learning with our workbook. You have the choice between using either 1) TransFocus’ learning management system (LMS), or 2) transferring the educational content to your organization’s LMS.
