Preparation for and delivery of one live interactive session on gender diversity of 1.5 hours in length for all levels of employees at your organization. This session is delivered by one of our facilitators with lived experience. Key content includes what is Transgender Day of Remembrance, overview of human rights legislations and societal shifts, overview of key terms and concepts and terms, deepening understanding of the unique challenges faced by transgender people, and recovering from mistakes.

This session can be recorded for internal purposes and includes two handouts to distribute after the session.
