Key content includes what is Transgender Day of Visibility, overview of human rights legislations and societal shifts, overview of key terms and concepts and terms, deepening understanding of the unique complexities of visibility for transgender people, and how people can support transgender people. Clients have the option to add anonymous sharing of stories from allies and transgender employees during the session to further bring the issues to life.

This session can be recorded for internal purposes and includes two handouts to distribute after the session.
